What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements: A full manual driving licence – you’ll be driving an adapted mobility vehicle Confidence supporting someone with mental health needs, a PEG feed, and who uses a wheelchair The ability to support someone whose communication varies — listening beyond words A calm, genuine presence with a great sense of humour and deep respect for others Your Role As a Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis.
