Our Bury St Edmunds site boasts a wide range of used cars from brands such as Ford, Kia, Toyota, Audi, Mercedes and many more. At EMG Bury St Edmunds we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional car buying experience, that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service that sets the industry benchmark.
* Drive sales of vehicles and associated products such as service plans and insurance, with attractive financial incentives. This is through various channels including follow-up calls, in-bound enquiries, and walk-ins.
* Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding, about products and services confidently to customers.
* Keeping a detailed diary system up to date.
* Meet sales targets and maximise earnings through diligent follow-up and by capitalising on every opportunity.
* Conducting test drives, providing a firsthand experience of our vehicles to customers.
To be successful in this role you will have;
* A professional approach, with a passion for customer service.
* A personal drive to succeed.
* Confidence, resilience, and ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with our customers.
* Ability to work proactively within a team, aiming to exceed personal and team sales goals.
* 2-3 Years within Customer Service or Retail Sales.
* At least 2 years’ experience in the motor sales industry is preferred.
Requirements;
* A full UK Driving License is essential, and must have been held for a minimum of 3 years.
* Understanding of and experience in customer service and sales.
* Proven track record within a sales or target driven environment.
