Customer Services Advisor – Temporary (8 Weeks)

Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Noble Recruiting are delighted to be working with a leading local authority to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to support their Waste Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is confident in providing excellent service across multiple communication channels.
The Role
As the first point of contact for residents and service users, you’ll handle enquiries via telephone, email and webchat. You’ll provide information on new waste services and support customers with professionalism, patience and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate advice and support to customers across all communication platforms
* Deliver a polite, professional and empathetic service at all times
* Handle challenging or sensitive situations calmly and effectively
* Log all customer interactions and service requests accurately using the internal IT system
* Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately
* Comply with data protection policies at all times
Person Specification
* Experience in a customer service role, ideally within a public sector or local authority setting
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Confident in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A team player with a proactive and positive approach
