Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Consultant with a strong foundation in Industrial/Organisational Psychology to join our European Professional Services Team. The role requires designing and delivering industry‑best‑practice solutions and services that positively impact customer business objectives and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑stakes project delivery, guiding customers and colleagues in the successful execution of large, complex initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences.
- Help customers define and evolve their needs, guiding them through ambiguous and challenging scenarios.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on quantitative HR and People data analysis, leveraging market and HR best practices.
Qualifications
Essential
- MSc in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in HR or Talent Management consulting, or as a practitioner delivering and managing customer projects.
- Strong customer orientation and proven client‑facing experience.
- Experience in program design and implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in talent assessment and talent management.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and interpretation.
- Track record of presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Desirable
- Knowledge of HR strategy and processes.
- Experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops.
- Advanced data analysis skills, including familiarity with at least one statistical program (e.g., SPSS, R).
