What You'll Do
As our Client Relationship Manager, you’ll:
* Build and sustain strong broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
* Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
* Embed Consumer Duty principles into broker and partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
* Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
* Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring broker performance and ensuring accountability.
* Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
