We’re seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst to bring advanced testing expertise, strong analytical skills, and effective coordination to our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality testing services—whether as part of a dedicated project or within a managed testing environment.
You may also lead teams, offering guidance on procedures and processes to drive excellence across projects. A key aspect of this position involves developing technical skills and gaining valuable commercial experience to meet customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. You’ll work closely with account teams and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a Hybrid working role, where you will be based 3 days per week onsite in Farnborough in Hampshire.

What you'll be doing:
* Apply industry best practices across functional and non‑functional testing, providing specialist domain expertise as needed.
* Define, clarify, and validate detailed testing requirements where they are incomplete or unclear.
* Produce, review, and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts for infrastructure systems (servers, storage, network, virtualization).
* Create, manage, and maintain test data, and support the use and evaluation of testing tools.
* Coordinate and execute all test levels, documenting results, defects, and facilitating issue resolution with stakeholders.
* Produce test metrics and reporting, including Test Completion Reports and incident analysis.
What you’ll bring:
* Good understanding of test tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira
* Demonstrable experience of working as a Senior Technical Test Analyst
* Good technical background
* Proven experience in infrastructure testing or system engineering
* Critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently
It would be great if you had:
* International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Technical Test Analyst Advanced Level Certification or equivalent certification.
* Good knowledge of the latest developments and future strategies for their areas of specialism.
* Good understanding of Active Directory Forests, SQL, Cisco Jabber, ServiceNow
