Our top sales reps earned $150,000 last year. Work hard and earn a six figure income. We are looking for an in-home sales rep to help us grow our business.
Carroll Water is a locally owned company in business since 1983. We help homeowners improve their water. The well water is typically acidic. We also drill wells and install well pumps and tanks. We have kiosks in businesses to drive leads to our sales force. We need a good sales rep to help us close those leads.
Responsibilities
* Work off of pre-set appointments that we provide.
* Collaborate with marketing reps that generate leads.
* Meet with customers in their homes to close sales (personal selling at the kitchen table).
* Schedule and manage appointments; evening and weekend work required. No Sunday pre-set appointments. Hours are 8am–7pm on weekdays and Saturday until 2pm. Reps run about 40–50 appointments per month.

You provide
* Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic. You must be willing to learn.
* Strong people skills. Personal selling at customers\' kitchen tables.
* In-home sales experience is a plus but not a requirement. We sell high-end products to homeowners with high-level income.
* Willingness to take on a challenging opportunity and contribute to the team.
About Carroll Water
Founded in 1983 by Ron Smith. The company serves Carroll County, Maryland with clean drinking water. In 2015 Brian purchased the company and has continued its growth, acquiring Harr Well Drilling in 2016 and Jones Well Drilling in 2022.
