An exciting opportunity has opened for a Restaurant Supervisor to join a busy hospitality venue in the New Forest. This is a seasonal role to start as soon as possible to mid/late October, with the opportunity for this to become an annual seasonal role for the right candidate. This role offers the chance to work in a stunning natural setting while developing your leadership skills within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll support the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards across the business.
* Support management with the smooth running of daily operations and events
* Assist with recruiting, building and training a high-performing team
* Order, manage and rotate stock effectively
* Open and close the business while confidently running shifts
* Create and manage team rotas
* Drive high service and operational standards
* Support health & safety and food safety compliance
* Be a hands-on Supervisor, helping wherever needed - from drinks service to assisting in the kitchen
