The role You will be the senior professional lead for housing management, solely focussed on Wandsworth Council. Your remit spans resident and estate services, tenancy and ASB, leasehold, income, customer experience, and the interfaces with repairs, asset and building safety. You will turn the Housing Improvement Plan into sustained operational delivery, strengthen compliance and assurance, and rebuild confidence with residents, members and partners. What you’ll lead and deliver Risk‑based compliance and building safety that keeps people safe and meets statutory expectations. Consistent, resident‑focused services across estates and tenancies, informed by data and insight. Clear performance management and contract oversight so effort maps to outcomes residents can feel.
