Role: Front of House Assistant (Hospitality)

Contract:Casual / Bank
Salary:£13.32 per hour

As aFront of House Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of weddings and functions, ensuring guests feel welcome and well looked after. Based at the beautiful Worden Hall and occasionally supporting events across South Ribble, this casual role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys being part of special occasions.
What you’ll be getting up to
As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll:
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
* Assist with seating arrangements and guide guests throughout the venue
* Support the setup and breakdown of event spaces, which may include bar service
* Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude
* Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are followed
* Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to support event delivery

You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Have a friendly, approachable manner and enjoy working with people
* Are reliable, flexible, and happy to work outside of regular hours
* Can work well as part of a team and follow instructions confidently
* Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
* Are proactive and calm under pressure, especially during busy events
* Previous hospitality experience is desirable
