My client is searching for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their offices based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear on a hybrid basis. The Role You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions and gradually build up to managing a caseload of approximately 90-120 files. Therefore, the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and client care is essential. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Manage a full caseload (90-120 files) with minimal supervision. • Handle complex transactions: leasehold, re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, redemption, new builds, shared ownership, • company purchases, and auctions. • Sign off on other fee earners’ files for exchange and review title reports. • Achieve time recording and billing targets consistently. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior fee earners. • Drive business development initiatives and lead process improvements within the department. • Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
