Original Duckhead operates internationally and is growing fast across wholesale and D2C. Our mission is to build a recognised rainwear brand that re-defines the category, encourages thoughtful consumerism, and champions sustainable values.
We're hiring an in-house Marketing & Social Coordinator to bring energy to our organic channels, grow our community, and help us show up more consistently and creatively week to week.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive, and plugged into culture and trends.
What You'll Do
Social + community
* Reply to Instagram comments and DMs in our brand tone, and keep conversations warm and responsive.
* Support day-to-day posting and stories, and bring fun, trend-aware ideas we can repeat weekly.
Short-form content (TikTok + Reels)
* Create simple short-form content: filming, captions, basic edits, and posting.
* Stay on top of trends and suggest formats that fit Original Duckhead.
Pinterest (ownership)
* Own Pinterest: boards, pins, product tagging, and weekly upkeep to build discovery.
Creators + influencer seeding
* Help identify creators, support outreach, and maintain a tracker.
* Coordinate product seeding end to end: packing, shipping, tracking, follow-up, and screening inbound requests.
Press support (in partnership with our PR agency)
* Organise press send-outs and keep tracking up to date.
* Maintain press selection tools (line sheet / collection overview) and post coverage on social media (using Canva).
* Triage inbound press requests and route them appropriately.
Content ops + coordination
* Keep calendars, checklists, and assets organised.
* Support email builds and basic website coordination with the E-Commerce team.
Photoshoots
* Support quarterly shoots with practical prep and organisation, including steaming and keeping products shoot-ready.
We're Looking For
* 1–2 years experience (or strong internships) in social, content, community, or marketing coordination.
* Great taste and a good eye, you know what feels current and what fits a brand.
* Comfortable filming and creating content on your phone, basic editing is a plus.
* Naturally organised, you close loops and keep things moving.
* Experience using Canva is a plus.
* London-based and happy working office-based.
