* Partner with stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain to enhance quality control.
What We're Looking For
* A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven track record in manufacturing or production environments.
* Expertise in Lean principles and process optimisation.
* Advanced experience with 8D methodology and root cause analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
* Knowledge of plastics/injection moulding or experience in the life sciences industry.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
