Responsibilities
* Ensuring exceptional food production and service.
* Minimum Level 2 in Food & Hygiene
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor food presentation and quality, ensuring consistency across all dishes served.
* Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. (min 3 years)
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
