About the Role
1. £32,291 - £37,879 + Car / Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Benefits
2. Offered on a 12 Month FIXED TERM CONTRACT
3. Must hold a FULL UK Driving Licence for this position.
4. Travel is expected for this role.
What will I be doing?
5. You’ll build great links with staff internally, so that any issues can be resolved quickly. That way, you’ll provide outstanding customer service that goes over and above.
What are the requirements?
6. Ideally, you already have some experience in a junior account management or customer services role.
7. Whatever your background, you’ll enjoy working with clients and making sure they get the best.
8. You’ll also be used to managing service levels, maximising profits and creating a great customer experience.
9. You must have an analytical nature and enjoy working with data, using your intermediate MS office skills.
10. Knowledge of the UK waste and resource industry would be an advantage, but it’s a gift for customer care that counts.
11. Due to the location of the offices and the flexible nature of the role, occasional travel and a full UK driving licence is required.
