Job Description Quality Improvement Manager Winfield Hospital - Gloucester Part Time 24 hours per week Closing date for applications - Friday 16th January 2026 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at Winfield Hospital. This pivotal role supports the Head of Clinical Services (HoCS) in delivering robust clinical governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement across the hospital. You will work collaboratively with staff at all levels to implement quality and safety initiatives, monitor performance, and provide expert advice on governance matters.
