Our Team
The team deals with Uninsured Loss Recovery which is carried out under a Legal Expenses Policy. This involves dealing with losses incurred following non-fault road traffic accidents, instructions for which are provided from three major insurance companies
The Role
The role involves recovering any uninsured losses incurred, but also negotiating liability in line with basic principles of the law of negligence. You will have your own case load of files, building up slowly to around 500 in time, and will be responsible for progressing these files through letter writing and/or telephone calls to various parties (e.g. insurance companies, clients, third parties and witnesses). The study of evidence and drafting of documents is also required.

* A law degree or 3 A levels / equivalent

This is an office based role initially.
