Overview
We\re seeking a proactive and flexible Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is vital to the smooth operation of our production cell, involving the setup, operation, and maintenance of extrusion lines and forming raw material into film on COEX and Single Screw Extruder Machines. You\ll play a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The plant is a 24/7 operation; shift pattern includes days, nights and some weekends.
Responsibilities
* Operate, set up, and maintain industrial machinery
* Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
* Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance
* Adhere to Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental protocols
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
* Maintain workplace organisation and asset care standards
