- Manage bookings from provisional to confirmed
- Provide support with bookings amendments
- Give advice to customers on different tours available to them
- Liaise with suppliers and create strong working relationships with them
- Quickly adapt to change such as accommodation closures or travel disruptions The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and verbally)
- Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
