IT Support Analyst Location: Redhill Job Type: Full-time Salary: up to £35,000 We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide exceptional IT support services to our business users. This role is crucial for facilitating user engagement with our technology resources and ensuring an unparalleled support experience. The IT Support Analyst will play a key role in understanding user needs, identifying underlying challenges, and delivering solutions. Day-to-day of the role: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for business applications, systems, and networks, with a focus on analytical problem-solving. Take ownership of the service desk and ticket management, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded. Analyse recurring issues to identify root causes and propose solutions to enhance service stability. Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems. Monitor IT infrastructure dashboards to pre-empt and resolve issues proactively. Diagnose and address software and hardware malfunctions systematically. Maintain technical and end-user knowledge bases. Manage IT assets and procure IT peripherals. Collaborate on the rollout of IT projects, both locally and with other teams. Train end-users on new and existing IT solutions, tailoring instruction to maximise technology effectiveness. Work with external organisations, suppliers, and contractors as required. Cooperate with other teams to deliver IS/IT goals and objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record of interest and expertise in IT/Technology. Strong troubleshooting skills with efficient issue resolution. Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite. Basic understanding of networking in a business environment. Understanding of mobile technology in a business context. Ability to deliver proactive and reactive support with a customer-centric approach. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
