Hours: This is a full-time position at 35 hours per week, working shift patterns across Monday to Saturday on a rota basis. We offer hybrid working; however, you must be able to travel to our Head Office in Skipton at least 1 day per week, with more flexibility during the initial 3-week training period.
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum

Role Overview
As a Direct Lending Adviser, you will be the first point of contact, helping customers achieve homeownership and supporting existing customers with additional borrowing needs. You will assist customers in applying for mortgages directly through Skipton.

Key Responsibilities
* Guiding customers through the Decision in Principle (DIP) process, ensuring eligibility based on lending policies.
* Verifying income and expenditure, understanding unique circumstances affecting lending decisions.
* Completing credit searches to inform borrowing capacity.
* Owning the customer journey through to booking in with a qualified mortgage adviser.

* Experience in a mortgage-related role is essential.
