The Role
You’ll join a busy, well-structured team that handles a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Lease extensions and variations
* Acting for both lenders and borrowers
* Shared ownership and joint ownership matters
* Complex leasehold work, including retirement properties and developments
Working alongside senior solicitors, paralegals and a hands-on partner team, you’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support and systems you need to succeed.
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* Ideally 1–5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
* Technically strong, with a keen eye for detail and risk management
* Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing volume work efficiently
* Team-oriented, with a positive, professional approach
