What you’ll be doing
6. Lead the housekeeping function to ensure our learning location is consistently clean, welcoming, and ready for guests
7. Manage, motivate, and support the housekeeping team
8. Take an active role in recruiting, training, and developing team members
9. Prepare staff rotas and plan deep‑cleaning schedules
10. Organise guest room changes and ensure smooth changeovers
11. Work alongside your team during day‑to‑day housekeeping, leading by example
12. Contribute to a flexible, positive work environment where everyone supports each other to deliver an excellent guest experience

Ideally you will have a hospitality background and already have some management or supervisor experience. In addition, you will have:
