Job Title: Yard Person Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Company: Specialist Plant Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Specialist Plant is a leading provider in the civil engineering industry. We pride ourselves on delivering quality and reliable service. We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team and support our yard operations. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload deliveries using a forklift and telehandler Assist in loading operations with cranes Organise and put stock away efficiently Maintain a clean and tidy yard environment Provide support to other team members as needed Requirements: Ability to work independently and use initiative Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Experience with crane operations is preferred but not essential Forklift and telehandler experience is advantageous, but training will be provided Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (PPE provided) What We Offer: Full PPE and necessary training A supportive team environment Opportunities for skill development and progression If you're proactive, reliable, and ready to take on a role that will keep you active and engaged, we’d love to hear from you!
