Key Responsibilities Support and deliver resident engagement and communication strategies. Act as the key liaison between residents, Clarion teams, and contractors. Manage responses to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints. Organise events and support service delivery on estate-based projects. What We’re Looking For Front-line customer service experience in social housing. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage complaints and support vulnerable residents.
