Location: East Surrey College - Redhill
Salary: £29,373 - £41,718 pro-rated (subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Responsibilities
* Teach on level 1-3 programs in Animal Welfare & Management.
* Collaborate with the Director of Learning and the team to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement within the College.
* Act as a personal tutor providing pastoral care, promote attendance, and support students to attain suitable work placements.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within the subject area.
* Develop instructional materials and tools for the Animal Management suite; contribute to activities from May to July to prepare for student arrival in September.
Requirements
* A Teaching qualification at level 3 or above
* A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in animal science, zoology, veterinary science, or a related field is desirable
* Experience working in the animal management industry or a similar educational setting
* Previous, relevant FE teaching experience
* Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
