This is a remote (with occasional on-site involvement) volunteer role for a Podcast Content & Production Executive (Junior), with a potential pathway into a paid position based on performance, consistency, and output.
Working Framework
* Support podcast recording sessions (including basic filming and behind-the-scenes content)
* Assist with setup, organisation, and smooth running of recordings
* Turn podcast episodes into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips)
* Identify interesting moments and extract engaging highlights
* Edit videos using simple tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
* Write captions and hooks for social media
* Post and manage content across platforms
* Stay consistent with output and deadlines
* Bring ideas, even if they’re not perfect
