The hotel features 99 bedrooms, extensive conference and event facilities for up to 300 delegates, multiple event spaces, an 18-hole championship golf course, and spa and leisure facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Events Office Manager to drive revenue across weddings, private functions, and MICE business.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and delivering a high-quality sales experience from initial enquiry through to event completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all enquiries, proposals, show rounds, contracts, and billing
Drive sales across weddings, private events, conferences, and corporate business
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
Maximise use of conference and event space
Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking, and industry events
Ensure excellent communication, attention to detail, and brand consistency
The Ideal Candidate
Background in hotel sales, events, or MICE
Experience with weddings and private functions preferred
Commercially driven, organised, and customer focused
Knowledge of the local or regional market advantageous
