The Business Development Executive is a key link between our sales team and the interiors market. Working alongside a Business Development Manager you will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, and educate customers on our product ranges.
The role combines research, strategic prospecting and building relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify new opportunities in the market.
* Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.
* Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Conduct research on prospects, key decision makers
* Engage with new, existing, and dormant customers
* Act as a consultant to customers, not just a salesperson.
* Book meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage regional databases.
* Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
* Support diary and schedule management for the team.
