We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in our partnered school, supporting children with special educational needs in the Coley Park area. About the Students Our pupils have a range of needs, including: Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Complex Needs The school operates across two newly renovated specialist SEN units. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable) Is confident working with challenging behaviour Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning Why Work With Affinity Workforce?
