We are currently looking for a Test Manager to join a project with a client of ours in the US.

Role/Requirements
1. Proven experience in Test Management, with a strong track record of leading testing initiatives.
2. Must have experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation and execution.
3. Design, document, and maintain comprehensive functional and regression test plans.
4. Proficient in using tools such as HP ALM and UFT for test management, alongside Tricentis Tosca for automation.
5. Contribute to the test governance strategy, including oversight of weekly regression test execution.
6. Participate in planning and implementing regression testing upgrades.
7. Drive initiatives to expand test coverage and increase automation adoption.
8. Coordinate testing activities, conduct test maturity assessments, and ensure timely communication of deliverables.
