Description KYC Analyst-Spanish Speaking ____________________________________________________________ Location: London Type: Full-time (On-site) Vertical: Financial Markets _______________________________________________________________________ Summary We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (UK time), depending on business needs and client requirements. Responsibilities Initiate and manage outreach to clients for document collection Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams Track and follow up on outstanding documentation Maintain communication logs and outreach trackers Provide updates to periodic review teams Support audit-readiness and documentation completeness Contribute to continuous improvement of the outreach process and client experience Escalate delays or issues in obtaining documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
