Interim CFO | Fast-Growth Consumer Brand | 18-Month FTC | Gloucestershire / Hybrid Harmonic are proud to be partnering with a fast growth consumer brand on the hire of an Interim CFO to guide the business through its next phase of growth. The company has seen exceptional momentum across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels and is now strengthening its leadership team with a commercially minded, hands-on CFO who can bring structure, clarity, and strategic direction. You'll join an entrepreneurial senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, upgrading systems, and supporting operational scalability as the business continues to grow at pace. The Role * Own financial strategy, cash management, and long-term planning during a period of rapid expansion * Partner with the SLT to translate performance into clear, actionable insights * Lead the production of high-quality board packs and commercial reporting * Support scaling across multi-channel operations (retail, wholesale, D2C) * Lead the transition from Xero to NetSuite (or similar), owning system selection and implementation * Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial frameworks * Drive automation and improvements in data integrity & reporting * Provide day-to-day leadership to the finance team * Uplift capability across the team and embed a high-performance culture * Develop improved modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning * Support margin analysis, cost management, and pricing strategy * Contribute to discussions around investment, fundraising, and future expansion What We're Looking For: * Experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader within a fast-growth SME * Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / ICAS) * Proven track record in finance systems upgrades (NetSuite beneficial) * Strong process-builder with the ability to implement controls in a scaling environment * Commercial mindset and confidence working with non-finance leaders * Experience managing and developing small, high-performing teams Nice to Have * Exposure to consumer products, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or multi-site environments * Experience with stock, supply chain, or light manufacturing operations Package * Competitive salary (18-month FTC) * Hybrid working * Full benefits package * 4-day working week considered At Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
