The Role What Youll Do As a Paraplanner, youll play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planners and delivering a first-class service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with advisers to understand client needs and gather essential information Conducting technical research and preparing illustrations Liaising with clients post-meeting to resolve technical queries Identifying investment and tax-saving opportunities Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Maintaining and updating suitability report templates Staying current with CPD, FCA, and CII requirements Managing your own caseload from start to finish What Were Looking For Were seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Youll need: Level 4 Diploma (CII or equivalent) Strong technical knowledge of retail investment, pensions, savings, and protection products Proven experience writing suitability reports and letters Excellent verbal and written communication skills A data-driven mindset and a passion for financial planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like Enable, Fusion, and Wealth Platform What Youll Be Like Self-motivated and independent Clear, articulate communicator Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities Detail-focused with a drive for continuous improvement Passionate about delivering great client outcomes Why Join Us?
