The role is based in the Initial contact team that forms part of the newly formed front hub within Bromley. The candidate needs previous experience of working in a local authority setting, demonstrating excellent telephony skills, and essential knowledge of working with LiquidLogic (LAS), ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment.
