We are looking for kind, patient and understanding educators to tutor young people on a 1:1 basis, in their homes, local libraries or schools.
Our roles are based in Cambridge and surrounding areas. We are recruiting for KS3 educators, who can tutor English, Maths and Science.
What you will need to do-
Tutors are responsible for planning and creating tuition session plans, resources and delivering bespoke sessions on a 1:1 basis
Tuition will take place in learner’s homes, local libraries or schools
Create a safe learning environment for all learners to promote their well-being
Generate Ed Place Assessments to gauge learners’ current levels and identify gaps in their understanding.
Use our reporting platform (LEAP) to record sessions, monitor progress and attendance.
Report any safeguarding concerns to your consultant.
What We’re Looking For -
At least 2 years’ experience working with SEN and/or SEMH students
Committed tutors who have a genuine passion for supporting young people
Tutors with an understanding of neurodiverse needs
Reliable and consistent tutors

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
