Overview

We are seeking electrical or mechanical-biased Maintenance Engineers to support a growing and well-structured engineering team. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly.
* Perform both reactive and planned maintenance.
* Use the CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities.
* Work closely with production to meet performance goals.
* Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
* Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
* Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer.
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred).
* Strong electrical skill set.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* A positive, proactive mindset and a team player.
* Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward‑thinking engineering department.
