Salary: Up to £37,000 per year + performance bonuses

Lead a skilled removals team with a reputable transport and removals company, delivering high-quality domestic and commercial moves while supporting and mentoring your team.
What youll do:
* Lead and work alongside the removals team on domestic and commercial moves.
* Supervise, train, and mentor team members for efficient, high-quality work.
* Ensure goods are loaded, unloaded, and transported safely.
* Communicate with clients professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
* Plan schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate on-site logistics.
* Follow Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
* Drive company vehicles if you hold an HGV licence (preferred but not essential).
