We're looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Costa Coffee team in one of our Sheffield Stores. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or even an aspiring Assistant Manager, looking for their first opportunity to step up into an Assistant Manager role.

* Creating the perfect space for customers to kick back with our coffee - you will have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers' need and ability to think outside of the box to create memorable moments.
* Take ownership of all your controllable costs within your store through effective management of stock, labour, training. Making sure to recognise the small wins and celebrate success along the way.
* Inspire the team to feel valued, get involved and follow your lead enabling them to execute with excellence.
* Full accountability for maintaining brand standards and owning the health and safety within the store.
* Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
* A leader with coaching experience, remember you are leading from the front.
* A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture, maximizing every sales opportunity.
