Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash management.
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.

Hours Per Week:
Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 12:15pm
Friday - 9:30am - 1:30pm
Total Hours: 18 hours
Pay Rate:NMW +30p
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.51 per hour
