About the Role As SEN Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the school’s SEND provision, working closely with the SENCO, pastoral staff, teachers, families and external agencies. You will help ensure that records, communication and processes linked to SEND are well organised, compliant and responsive to pupil need. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate SEND records, documentation and pupil information Supporting the administration of EHCPs, reviews and provision maps Coordinating meetings with families, staff and external professionals Preparing paperwork, reports and correspondence related to SEND support Helping track interventions, referrals and key actions across the provision process Liaising professionally with parents, carers and outside agencies Supporting compliance with statutory processes and school procedures Contributing to the smooth day-to-day organisation of the SEND and inclusion team This role requires strong organisation, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with care, discretion and professionalism.
