We’re now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager with a strong focus on Events Management to join our team. This exciting role offers the best of both worlds: Events Leadership – Around half of your time will be dedicated to managing events in the Cotswold Suite and marquee, from intimate private dining to weddings and large celebrations. You’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering memorable events with style and precision. Front-of-House Excellence – The other half of your time will be spent on the pub floor, leading shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring guests enjoy exceptional food, drink, and service in our bustling bar, restaurant, and garden spaces.
