Your new role
1. Assist department heads with day-to-day office operations, including event and showroom set-ups
2. Maintain office supplies and service contracts
3. Purchase invoice processing and maintaining supplier account ledgers
4. Assist the buying team with managing outstanding purchase orders, deliveries, and price updates
5. Bank and credit card reconciliation
6. Support onboarding, IT installs, and technical support calls
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience in office administration or a logistics admin position
8. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
10. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
11. Familiarity with accounting software would be a bonus (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
12. Strong analytical ability and high level of accuracy
13. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines both independently and as part of a team
What you'll get in return
14. Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
15. Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am- 6pm
16. 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing to 33 days with service)
