Level 3 Nursery Practitioner & Room Leader – Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Pay:
* Level 3 Practitioner – up to £13.50 per hour
* Room Leader – up to £14.00 per hour
About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are proud to be supporting a high-quality nursery setting in Milton Keynes, currently recruiting both a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and an experienced Room Leader.

Key Responsibilities
Level 3 Practitioner
* Deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5
* Support development in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to planning and observations
Room Leader
* Lead and manage a designated room within the nursery
* Oversee planning, observations, and assessments
* Support and mentor team members
* Maintain high standards of care, learning, and organisation
* Work closely with management to meet Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential for both roles)
* Previous nursery experience within a UK setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Room Leader applicants must have leadership or senior experience
* A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
