Your Role as a Senior Renewable Energy Professional:
Let’s discuss how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Senior Renewable Energy Professional, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the growth of the Energy Systems team through external initiatives (business development and marketing) and internal initiatives (mentoring and peer review).
* Leading as energy engineering discipline lead on multidisciplinary projects such as solar photovoltaic rooftop, parking canopy, and ground-mount system design, as well as battery energy storage systems.
* Mentoring junior energy engineers in photovoltaic performance modelling (using PVSyst and/or HelioScope) and renewable energy system design.
* Performing peer reviews of renewable energy projects.
* Representing JLR and the Energy Systems discipline in client engagements to guide, support, and develop project solutions aligned with client and planetary needs.
* Developing improved modelling and analysis methodologies for energy project deliverables.
* Organizing technician and junior engineer workloads to meet project deadlines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
