We are looking for a reliable, physically fit Production Operator to join a small production team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role in a fast-paced food production environment.
The role involves regular lifting, manual handling, and standing for long periods.
You will also need to be flexible to start work early, sometimes from 5:00am.
Key Responsibilities
* Manually handle and measure ingredients for drink production
* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely
* Work efficiently on bottling and packaging lines
* Use online systems via handheld devices for tracking production and inventory
* Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
* Clean and sanitise machinery and work areas
* Organise work to support the following day's production
* Support the team to minimise downtime and maintain production flow
What We're Looking For
* Physically strong and comfortable with manual work
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
* Able to work well in a team and independently
* Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
* Good communication skills
* Basic numeracy, literacy, and digital skills
Shift Schedule
Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Flexibility to start from 5:00am to cover holiday periods if required
Pay rate
£12.22
