We’re on the hunt for a passionate, experienced Behaviour Specialist to join an outstanding Alternative Provision Unit in RM9. You’ll be part of a committed team that works every day to re-engage young people who’ve struggled in mainstream education. What you'll be doing: Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs. Delivering tailored behaviour interventions and classroom support. Helping learners re-engage with education in a safe, structured space. Working alongside an incredible staff team to shape progress, one small win at a time. We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience in a similar behaviour support or SEMH setting. Can stay calm, patient and positive in challenging situations. Uses de-escalation and restorative approaches effectively. Builds trust quickly and knows how to set clear, respectful boundaries. Is ready to make a long-term impact.
