Equans Data Centers are seeking to appoint a Construction Site Supervisor to be based on our project site in High Wycombe.

What you will deliver?
The Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice will work alongside our Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to gain hands‑on experience and site‑based learning at a Data Center project. The successful candidate will be enrolled with an approved training provider to study the Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 apprenticeship, focusing on risk assessment, sustainability, construction methods, project management and quality control.
Working alongside an experienced team the key tasks you will be involved in are:
* Assist site supervisors with day‑to‑day site operations
* Monitor and support on‑site works to maintain safety and quality
* Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor activities
* Help enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site
* Support reporting and documentation tasks related to site progress
* Engage with various stakeholders including clients, suppliers and site personnel
* Attend workshops, and participate in as many learning opportunities as possible
* Take ownership and responsibility
* Be aware of health and safety requirements in all aspects of the role
The Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 apprenticeship will be over 36 months.

Who are we looking for?
* 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Mathematics, English and a Science (or equivalent)
* Good problem‑solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Preferred to have a driving licence due to the location of study and work
