Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our fabrication team, specializing in heavy steel structural welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding large steel structures, ensuring precision and durability in all work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG welding on heavy steel structural components
* Fabricate and assemble large steel frameworks according to technical drawings
* Interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately
* Use cutting, grinding, and measuring tools to prepare and finish welds
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
Requirements:
* Proven experience in MIG welding heavy steel structures
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
* Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and welding equipment
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Relevant welding certifications preferred
