This is a rare opportunity to get in early and play a key role in shaping what’s next.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead their organic social presence, bringing sharp creative instincts, editorial discipline, and platform fluency. This is a brand-first, content-led role for someone who knows how to build a social identity that feels both relevant and intentional.
You’ll shape their voice across Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms — driving storytelling, leading content creation, and collaborating cross-functionally to amplify key moments. From trend-driven short-form to elevated campaign support, you’ll be the connective tissue between culture and content, ensuring every post moves the brand forward. This is a high-ownership role for someone ready to lead strategy and execution — and shape the way they show up in the world.
Key responsibilities:
· Social Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Shop, aligning brand storytelling with engagement and sales goals.
· Content Creation & Execution: Lead daily content production with a UGC-first approach, handling everything from scripting to editing and posting.
· Performance & Optimisation: Track performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve platform-specific outcomes.
· Community & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and engage with the community through influencer content and social interaction.
The ideal candidate will come from a trend-driven industry, e.g., beauty, fashion, wellness, food & drink, and have already demonstrated the ability to develop best-in-class social campaigns and communities. The role will build out a team once established, so potential to lead and drive growth is essential!
